First time using this garage today after learning my usual garage across the way wasn’t doing mechanics anymore but will be my garage from now on, such lovely and genuine people, they had my car for hours trying to rectify what was wrong
Unfortunately when they found out what it was it wasn’t something they dealt with as it’s a complex ford issue, they did change my main beam light for me which had gone a few days before, when they phoned me to tell me everything that was happening in detail and my car was ready to be collected I asked how much and the lovely man nick said “don’t worry it’s only a bulb you don’t owe us anything “ I was flabbergasted considering they pulled out parts of the car to investigate the initial problem and took time to try and resolve it!
They have managed to get the problem temporarily fixed til I can look into getting it done properly, so I have a working car with great help from safari garage and they didn’t want to charge me a penny!
